strange:-9-years old Boy Sneaks On Plane, Flies To Las Vegas!

US authorities are still trying to figure out how a nine-year-old boy from Minneapolis travelling alone, boarded a plane without a ticket and flew to Las Vegas.
This happened Thursday morning at St. Paul International Airport, Minneapolis.
Police said the boy was somehow able to get through three levels of security.
The flight crew reportedly became suspicious of the boy during the flight, and contacted police, who met them in Las Vegas when the plane landed.
Airport officials reviewed security footage and found out that the boy spent a good amount of time atthe airport before boarding the plane.
CNN reports that the boy was at the airport the day before.
He passed his time by taking luggage from a carousel, bringing it to an airport eatery and then ditching it, asking a server to watch the bag "while he went to the restroom."
Then the following day the child took the train to the airport, cleared security and nearly made it to Las Vegas without detection.
Police believe the boy is a runaway, and he was returned to his parents.

Drogba laments difficult week

Didier Drogba is looking forward to getting back to the business of football following a diffcult week at Galatasaray.
The Super Lig champions parted company with manager Fatih Terim last week after he took charge of the Turkish national team and rejected a contract extension at the Turk Telekom Arena.
Roberto Mancini was confirmed as Terim’s replacement on Monday and got his reign under way in his native Italy, drawing 2-2 in a thrilling match with Juventus in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
Drogba scored the opener in that game before second-half efforts from Arturo Vidal and Fabio Quagliarella gave Juve a late lead.
But Umut Bulut stole in to grab an equaliser with two minutes of normal time remaining, sending Gala home happy after a testing time.
Drogba said: “It has been a difficult for the club in the last two or three days, this is football fortunately or unfortunately, I don’t know.
“Now we have a new manager, we are going to work with him in order to win games and do our best for the club.
“The most important thing is the club and we always have to try to do our best.
“We worked hard on the tactics with Mancini, he has already proved to be a very experienced coach.
“In just a couple of days he could not do much obviously but it was certainly a good start for him.
“We were very solid, especially in the first half when we conceded almost nothing to Juventus.
“It was definitely a good result for us.”

Police arrest gang leader, loyalists shoot two

The Lagos State Police Command has apprehended a wanted gang leader, Rasaki Oseni, aka Elewure, for murder, vandalism and theft.
This was just as thugs believed to be members of Elewure’s gang allegedly shot two people suspected to be police informants.
Police authorities toldPUNCH Metrothat the suspect and his deputy, identified simply as Toyin Mummy, were arrested by policemen attached to the Alade Division during an operation led by the Divisional Police Officer, SP Aminu.
It was alleged that Elewure was the leader of a gang known as EFCC boys, which is based in Somolu, while Toyin is said to have been sent to prison at least three times.
PUNCH Metrohad reported in May, 2013 that Elewure and some others at large participated in the vandalisation of 100 vehicles in the Bariga, Akoka and Somolu areas of the state.
The suspect had also been fingered in the alleged murder of a pastor, Mr. Peter Sella, on September 4, 2011.
According to the Police, Elewure, who was also called, Federal, had been declared wanted shortly after the vandalisation, but had continued to evade arrest.
Other members of the gang declared wanted by the police were, Osanle, Eyin Bouncing and Talon Skibo, who have all been accused of terrorising Somolu and its environs for over four years.During interrogation, Elewure was said to have told the police that the cause of the gang war in Somolu was an oil pipeline at the Fola Agoro Canal, where they often go to siphon petrol.
Meanwhile, residents have continued to express fear as men believed to be loyalists of Elewure shot a member of the community, Olatunde Vincent, and another man on Craig Street, Somolu, on Thursday.
It was learnt that the injured victim had been rushed to a nearby hospital..

Textile merchant arrested with N57m cocaine

A 32-year-old textile merchant, Paul Emujue, has been arrested by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for importing 5.745kg of cocaine worth N57m.
Emujue was said to have hidden the cocaine inside laptop bags. He was said to be on his way from Sao Paulo, Brazil, when he was apprehended at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
A statement by NDLEA Head of Public Affairs, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, said NDLEA Commander, Mr. Hamza Umar, confirmed the arrest.
Umar said, “The drug was detected during the inward screening of passengers on Etihad flight. The cocaine was ingeniously packed in laptop bags such that we had to cut the bags open to detect the drug. The suspect could have escaped arrest, had the drug not been detected.”
Ofoyeju, however, said investigation had commenced into the case and Emujue, who hailed from Anambra State, would be charged to court at the conclusion of investigation.
NDLEA spokesperson said the suspect was single and dropped out of school in Junior Secondary School in 1988.
The secondary school dropout said, “I ventured into drug trafficking because of frustration. For the past 10 years, I have been dealing in textiles in Togo. In 2011, I relocated to Brazil in search of greener pastures“Unfortunately, my business did not flourish as I had expected. I was assured that I could make enough money from drug trafficking to invest in my business. I decided to give it a trial and I was arrested in the process.”
NDLEA Chairman, Ahmadu Giade, said, “The agency will continue to arrest drug traffickers and charge them to court. This arrest is commendable. Members of the public must note that it is wrong to raise capital from drug trafficking because anyone that ventures into the criminal act will be prosecuted. I urge stakeholders to partner with the NDLEA in fighting drug trafficking.”

sir exposed- I rejected Chelsea in 2003 – Ferguson

Alex Ferguson has revealed that he turned down an approach by Roman Abramovich to become Chelsea manager in 2003.
Ferguson, speaking to Charlie Rose on American networkPBS, claimed that he had been contacted by an intermediary acting on behalf of the Chelsea owner.
However, Ferguson rejected Abramovich’s overtures and Chelsea kept hold of Claudio Ranieri until the era-defining appointment of Jose Mourinho in 2004.
“They used an agent to approach me when Abramovich first took over the club,” Ferguson said.
“I said, ‘No chance,’”.
Ferguson was always going to be a tough act to follow having won an incredible 49 trophies in his 26-year tenure at Old Trafford but he was adamant that he would not be tempted out of retirement regardless of how successor David Moyes performs.
The former Everton boss has lost three of his first eight games in charge of the club.
“I’m not interested in managing again or getting myself worked up about Manchester United’s results,” Ferguson said.
“I made my decision. The timing was perfect. There is no way back for me now. I’ve got a new life.“I want to go to the Kentucky Derby and the US Masters, the Melbourne Cup. I want to visit vineyards in Tuscany and France.”
Bookmakers have slashed the odds of Ferguson returning to the Old Trafford hot-seat if Moyes’s woes continue but he was keen to praise the credentials of his successor – despite the Red Devils making their worst start to a league season in 24 years.
“United are in good hands with David Moyes. He will be fine. He’s a good manager.”
